The Nottinghamshire Trainee Solicitors' Group aim to provide academic events which will be of use to our members throughout their careers.

In February each year, we host the Hammond Cup - a highly respected advocacy competition which is open exclusively to our members.

The Hammond Cup offers participants the opportunity to hone their advocacy skills in front of a judge as well as to win silverware and cash prizes.

We also organise careers presentations and a shadowing scheme with a local employment tribunal chairman.
